Due to the fact that all our projects are custom designed and built, it's impossible to set
a "per foot" price for any given building until all the details are provided. Many times we've received requests
for the cost of a standard pole barn. Unfortunately, what is a standard pole barn to one customer is a lean-to,
shed or pavilion to another. So, please take some time to answer some of the basic questions listed below, then e-mail,
fax or call-in your request for a bid with this information included. Prior to sending a bid request, please review
the Building Techniques page, where many of your questions may be answered. This
should expedite the process and enable us to get a firm price to you as soon as possible.
- Your first and last name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
- The location where the proposed structure is to be built (i.e. address, nearest county road or highway
intersection, etc...) Let us know if the site is out of Texas or outside the Texas hill country. We're very
interested in expanding our area.
- What will be the primary use of the structure? ex: stable, implement storage, deck, garage, hay barn,
cottage, potting shed, etc...
- Length, width and eave or wall height. Please specify if the structure must have a minimal clearance such
as 14' for a semi-tractor trailer rig or the height of your favorite tractor or Bradley personnel carrier.
- Give as much detail as possible regarding the layout. For instance, specify whether a barn has a drive-thru
aisle way or whether the structure is two, three or four sided, etc...
- Check the Options page and list all the options desired. Be sure to name the quantity of each option, i.e.
2 skylights, 2 complete stalls, 3 openings with sliding doors, etc...
- Metal roof color and metal siding color. If you're wanting siding other than metal panel siding, please
specify what type (cedar, Hardiplank, T-111).
- Let us know when your expecting to begin the project. Depending on the size and complexity we may be able
to start and complete the project before beginning a scheduled larger project.
